Add tracker tasmanit (#1269)

* Add 3D Torrents

* Accidently commited an old version of the 3dtorrents yaml file

* Allow searching by categories for TPB

* Fix error when pressing the Test button for TPB.  This will remove searching by category for the time being.

* Change HDPter to Ourbits
